The ideal breasts for you

it’s a process

The ideal breast size, width, projection, and shape are the fundamentals in a beautiful outcome from breast augmentation surgery. Dr. Chamata is both an artist and sculptor, as well as a talented plastic surgeon. He performs breast augmentation surgery with ultimate care and attention to detail, geared to bring you joy, confidence, and happiness in all the years ahead. Choosing the right implants, with the width, size, and projection, placed with the best surgical procedure, is a process that must not be rushed. Dr. Chamata will let you take all the time you need to plan your surgery, and you will understand every phase of the process, from the surgery to the recovery and your final look.

The figure you want – at last

If you feel that your figure is less attractive due to smaller breasts, you have the option to add volume with breast implants, placed with the most advanced surgical techniques. Your new breasts should look fully natural, plump, and perfectly balanced for your frame. The first step is to meet with Dr. Chamata and discuss the results you envision.

He will explain the process, the types of implants that may be the best choice for you, and help you “try on” various sizes. You may want to move from an A cup to a C cup, and the width, shape, and projection of the implants make all the difference in your final look.

Types of breast implants: What’s right for you?

You have the option to place either silicone or saline implants. Most women prefer the feel and bounce of silicone, as these implants are more similar in weight and feel to natural breast tissue. Other women may want saline due to personal preference. With either option, Dr. Chamata always uses small, well-hidden incisions. We are happy to discuss the pros and cons with you to help you make an educated decision.

Silicone Implants

These implants are available in a vast range of widths, with profiles in low, moderate, high, or ultra-high profiles. You have your own aesthetic concept about the breasts you want, and Dr. Chamata will show you the difference in these profile options to help you make the best decision.

Saline Implants

Saline implants are inserted empty and then filled with sterile saline water after placement. These implants have a silicone shell and are available in various sizes. For women between the ages of 18 and 21, this may be the only option, as you must be 22 years or older for silicone implants.

Surgical placement: Advanced techniques make the difference.

Every breast augmentation is customized when you are under the care of Dr. Chamata. If you have very little natural breast tissue, the implants should be placed below the chest muscles to create the most natural look and feel.

This technique requires precision and accuracy to ensure the implant is placed correctly, with a result that appears plump, round, and natural.

For women with more natural breast tissue, the implant may be placed beneath the natural breast tissue, also known as a “subglandular” placement. The natural tissue then covers the implant to create a soft, rounded look. With either technique, you can expect a rapid, comfortable recovery with little to no bruising, without the need for drainage tubes or surgical wraps. Most patients return to work within only a few days.
